Springbrook National Park
There’s a reason why Springbrook is known as the best of all lookouts! Situated only 25 minutes drive off the M1, this is truly one of the most amazing scenic views the Gold Coast has to offer. Once you arrive at the park, it’s only an easy walk to the lookout, where we guarantee you’ll be blown away. From the beauty of Mount Warning to the glistening coast of Byron Bay, it’s all spread out before your eyes in this incredible place. While you’re at Springbrook, why not visit the Purlingbrook Falls, or even pack a picnic for lunch at the Gwongorella picnic area?
Freeman’s Organic Farm
If you’re a keen foodie, Freeman’s Organic Farm truly has it all. Located on Tomewin Road, in the hinterland of the Gold Coast region, you’ll take in the amazing views of Springbrook National Park while enjoying the deliciously affordable farm-fresh produce on offer. It’s open seven days a week, and if you swing by on a weekend, you’ll even be treated to a BBQ breakfast and lunch, along with live music from the local best. You can even make it a special day for the kids with strawberry picking and guided farm tours on offer. Epic views and fantastic food – doesn’t get much better than this!
Eagle Heights Mountain Resort

This truly hidden gem is easily accessible by car, and on weekends it’s a vibrant hub of entertainment and family fun. The ample courtyard is perfect to accommodate kids or even just to soak in the sun. Hands-down, the best time to visit this magical place is dusk, when you’ll easily be able to take in the glittering coastal skyline.
Currumbin Alley
